10 INSANE Dynasty Start-up Values

From Jalen Coker to Jarquez Hunter, we have a laundry list of RB2s, RB3s, and WR3s who are great dynasty values and were outlined in previous posts. Today, I will highlight 10 players from the first 10 rounds that fell wayyy too far.
10. Josh Downs
Give this man some respect. He will be the primary WR read throughout OTA and into camp as Alec Pierces continues to rehab. At age-24, his ADP in TE Premium PPR start-ups is a super-silly 138 (behind Doubs and Golden)!
9. Cam Skattebo
Not as egregious as Downs, but Skattebo routinely goes after Judkins, Walker, Irving and Barkley. He is only 24, profiles as more of a 3-down bellcow than Judkins, Walker and Irving, and he’s four years younger than Barkley. Also, the presence of Tyrone Tracy Jr. offers him similar job security to the running backs that go rounds earlier.
