Don’t Wait! Five Dynasty Buys Before the Draft
Secure these values before your opponents catch on...
Make THESE moves before the NFL Draft
The NFL Draft will certainly destroy the value of some players, mostly running backs. However, because dynasty leaguers are paranoid heading into next weekend, there are a handful of players that it makes sense to acquire now — before their respective teams potentially zig instead of zag in the draft. By mid-May, these players will have become rocket ships.
5. DeVonta Smith
Eliot Wolf is just the latest person tied to New England, leaving the door open for A.J. Brown. I've been mystified by Smith's static dynasty trade value, given the likelihood that Brown is dealt.
Now, enter Dontayvion Wicks. He provides some cover for Philadelphia to potentially wait on a wideout in the draft, despite potentially shipping Brown out of town. Imagine a world where this is the Eagles’ WR corps: Smith (Y), Wicks (X), and Hollywood Brown (Z). Smith's dynasty stock would absolutely surge in this scenario, yet it’s far from a sure thing at this point.

Mock Draft Consensus: Jordyn Tyson to Chiefs
Jordyn Tyson | WR
A cadre of top NFL Draft analysts is mocking Jordyn Tyson to the Kansas City Chiefs at No. 9 overall
Analysts Mel Kiper Jr., Todd McShay, and Peter Schrager have reached a consensus, mocking wide receiver Tyson and cornerback Colton Hood to the Chiefs with their two first-round picks. At No. 9 overall, Tyson offers quarterback Patrick Mahomes an elite, reliable target, though his draft stock carries risk due to a lengthy college injury history.
Tyson is a perfect fit for Kansas City. He could immediately start at X receiver, pushing Xavier Worthy to a more specialized stretch role, and Rashee Rice would become a “big slot” target monster. Regardless of his role, joining Mahomes for the next four years would instantly vault Tyson to the No. 1 wide receiver prospect for dynasty rookie drafts.
