Reflections on 2024 and 2025 Outlook

The Great RotoUnderworld Breakout

I woke up Saturday to find that FastDraft's Playoff Super Slam tournament had filled overnight. This was our third-straight tournament to fill and the first time one filled 12 hours in advance, providing a unique opportunity to reflect on 2024, the most important year in RotoUnderworld history.

This would not have been possible without the support of our subscribers. Subscribers make it possible for us to add so much new programming to the PlayerProfiler Podcast Network, build out the PlayerProfiler.com Fantasy Desk, add premium features such as the Dynasty League Sync, and have the resources to build the first true alternative mobile best ball platform to hit the industry since 2020.

2024 was a watershed year for the business as we officially became a fantasy gaming company! We are the first fantasy sports organization to offer an advanced stats, data, and information service for fantasy gamers to achieve success in all formats from DFS to best ball to managed full-season leagues to dynasty leagues to IDP leagues (PlayerProfiler), while also offering a platform for fantasy enthusiasts to play real-money fantasy sports at scale (FastDraft).

2024 was also the most challenging and rewarding of my professional career, highlighted by the following accomplishments:

-Successful stealth launch on August 10, 2024.

-Deployed a live draft room, live scoring, mock draft tool, player portfolio, multiple deposit and withdrawal options, responsible gaming features, and a backend accounting system. Our CTO Frank Lakatos quarterbacked all of these initiatives and is the reason FastDraft has received 100% 5-star reviews in the App Store while experiencing precious few glitches.

-Secured fantasy sports operator licenses in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, and Virginia. Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan and Canada are coming in 2025, and Billy Muzio has been absolutely integral to the licensing process.

-Onboarded key vendors for banking, insurance, payment processing, identity verification, geolocation verification, compliance, and more. This required us to write more than 20 official policy documents from terms and conditions to cyber security to record retention.

We now have the technology and institutional knowledge to thrive in this industry as both a premium content provider and fantasy operator.

We have big product plans for the FastDraft app in 2025. Our roadmap includes:

1. Be first to market with a 2025 best ball contest, and Flex 4 is currently LIVE --> https://fastdraft.app/flex-4

2. Launch a freeroll tournament for beginners (available worldwide)

3. Roll out D-Up, an all-defense game as IDP is an underserved niche

4. Full Roster Best Ball for high volume grinders who want a traditional best ball alternative

5. Testing new sports (golf and basketball)
