Bears Fire Shane Waldron

In response to a series of three losses and growing offensive issues, the Chicago Bears have decided to make a significant change. Offensive coordinator Shane Waldron was dismissed on Tuesday after nine games into his inaugural season. Thomas Brown, the team's passing game coordinator, will step in as the interim offensive coordinator.

Brown previously served as the offensive coordinator for the Panthers in 2023 and took on play-calling responsibilities during Frank Reich's tenure as head coach. Before joining the Bears, he was the assistant head coach to Sean McVay when the Rams won the Super Bowl in 2021.

Colts Name QB Anthony Richardson Starter for Rest of Season

Two weeks after benching Anthony Richardson for the veteran Joe Flacco, Colts Head Coach Shane Steichen declared on Wednesday that he's changing his strategy. Richardson will be reinstated as the starting quarterback for the team's Week 11 game against the New York Jets and for the rest of the 2024 season.
