Steelers Quarterbacks are on the Move

In a surprising shakeup, the Steelers have made significant moves regarding their quarterback lineup. Kenny Pickett, after a challenging tenure with the Steelers, has been traded to Philadelphia. Despite a rocky start in Pittsburgh, Pickett now looks to revitalize his career with the Eagles.

But the Steelers weren't finished there. They also traded for Justin Fields and have surprisingly already determined that he will be the backup to Russell Wilson in 2024. While some fans still had high hopes for Fields, the Steelers have other plans, aiming to refine his skills and potentially train him to be the starter in 2025. With these moves, the Steelers are gearing up to address their offensive shortcomings, leveraging their seven draft picks to bolster their lineup.

Chargers Engage in Spring Cleaning

A wave of change is sweeping through the Chargers organization, as the entire offense seems to be finding themselves on the move. Keenan Allen, Austin Ekeler, Gerald Everett, and Mike Williams all have found new teams for the 2024 season. With a new coaching staff and management taking the reins, the Chargers have opted for a fresh start, bidding farewell to familiar faces in pursuit of a new direction.

While these changes may initially cast doubt on Justin Herbert's fantasy value, savvy players should take note. Amidst the uncertainty, there lies an opportunity. Elite franchise quarterbacks like Herbert are rare commodities, and now might be the time to capitalize on a cheaper market for the Chargers QB. As others focus on the departures, astute managers can seize the chance to acquire Herbert at a potentially discounted price, recognizing the fantastic value he brings to the table.
